Bridging PERL from Ethereum to BSC

Introduction

Binance Bridge is a bridge service to transfer assets like BUSD, USDT, and ETH to the Binance Chain ecosystems. It works by locking the user's Ethereum based asset and release an equivalent amount of BSC based asset to the user. As a result, all non-native assets on BSC is fully backed by their native counterparts.

User Guide

Swap Tokens to and from Binance Smart Chain

  • Install your extension wallet; it can be Binance Extension Wallet or MetaMask

  • Go to the Binance Bridge page, it will select V2 by default.

  • Click on “Connect Wallet”

Once you've unlocked your wallet, you can see your address at the “destination” box

  • Choose the assets you'd like to transfer

This API shows the whole list of available assets to transfer: https://api.binance.org/bridge/api/v2/tokens

  • Choose “From” and “To” network types

You can click on the arrow button to switch between these two networks. In this case, we'll be swapping from Ethereum to Binance Smart Chain (not Binance Chain).

  • Enter Swap Amount then confirm

Please note that there is a fixed amount of network fee.

The UI will then show you an address to deposit your asset. Send the amount in a single transaction.

Transaction Result

You can verify the swap process from the “History” board.
